Al hotel que siempre regresaría Un hotel con un servicio excelente y una atención al cliente muy buena. Sobre todo Alfred, Roger y Diego siempre muy atentos cumpliendo los deseos del clientes además de muy amable, simpáticos y profesionales. Los cuartos limpios, ordenados un jardín precioso y un desayuno riquísimo.

Maravilhosa Hotel super organizado, limpo e confortável. Atendimento muito atencioso por parte de royer e Alfredo. Café da manhã com muitas variedades e tudo muito fresco! As acomodações são super novas e tudo funciona perfeitamente. Vale a experiência

Solo trip in Cusco I’m SO happy I picked Saska Botique Hotel for my stay in Cusco. The staff here are SO nice, friendly, and caring. Royer and Diego were the sweetest! They are so accommodating. Also the location of the hotel is great! I can walk from the plaza back to the hotel in 15 mins. Also, I felt very safe here, which is important. The breakfast is really good too! The room I stayed in was quite huge, felt peaceful. Overall 10/10 recommend to stay here.

Location, Staff super friendly and cleanness of the hotel is amazing! Excellent service, all collaborators at the front desk are super friendly and helpful, specially Roger, gave us the best attention. The rom was amazing, super clean and the bed sheets were perfect and makes us feel warm and comfortable, they have laundry service that was super useful after a long tour in Machu Picchu. We totally recommend this hotel, the location as well is perfect just few blocks to the train station, and to the plaza mayor. We will come back for sure!

Amazing!!! The staff was very attentive and the rooms were very clean! The views were very nice too from the hotel room. The hotel is also very close to the center plaza but far enough where it doesn’t catch too much traffic from the center of the city. Highly recommend!

Buen hotel y cerca de la estación de autobuses El hotel está muy bonito, y muy limpio. Los desayunos son muy ricos, la Srta Nayda es muy agradable y siempre está al pendiente si requerimos algo más. La bienvenida también fue buena, cuando llegamos nos ofrecieron una taza de té para irnos aclimatando con la altura.

Recomendo o hotel Hotel muito bonito com tudo muito novo, atendentes simpáticos, ótimo cafe da manhã, muito bem localizado, e com acabamento dos quartos impecável, gostei e se tiver oportunidade voltarei a me hospedar no saska em uma oportunidade futura.

Great hotel and good value! We stayed 5 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, good wifi, hot water with good pressure and a nice variety breakfast. Location is good, walking distance to Inca rail station as well as the historical center. Good restaurants and shopping near by. The staff are friendly and are always available to answer any questions you may have. We really enjoyed the coffee shop that is attached the lobby. (They have amazing sandwiches, smoothies and carrot cake) We would definitely stay at this boutique hotel again if we ever decide to come back to Cusco. Only tip I would recommend is to ask for a room facing the garden or the back of the hotel as the road is quite busy with traffic during the night.

Hotel nota 10 Hotel muito limpo, em ótima localização na região central perto dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Nos proporcionou todo suporte para obtermos guias. Os recepcionistas são extremamente atenciosos, principalmente Alfred e Royert. Acomodações limpas, banheiros abastecidos com os gêneros de limpeza pessoal, atendimento 24 horas. Cafe da ninha excepcional. Agradeço a toda a equipe do Saska Hotel pela acolhida.

Hotel fantástico Chegamos ao hotel fomos prontamente atendidos e orientados a tomar o chá devido a altitude, o atendimento prestado foi realizado de forma fantástica, limpeza impecável, o atendimento e atenção muito bem prestadas pela cozinha (café da manhã )
